On 7 Feb ,Zhao Xuhui, Member of the Standing Committee , the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Secretary and Mayor of Yinchuan City, led a delegation to visit Jingsheng M&E CO.,LTD for research. Dr. Cao Jianwei, Chairman of Jingsheng M&E, received and introduced the latest development of Jingsheng.

During a visit to Jingsheng M&E,Secretary Zhao Xuhui stated  that the reason why the first stop to visit Jingsheng for the new year is for one hand is to meet old friends, and for the other hand to seek new cooperation. Every time he come to the company, he have a deep feeling, especially for the new breakthroughs that the company has made in technology, and he feel sincerely proud.

He emphasized that currently, Yinchuan is actively seizing major national strategic opportunities, focusing on the "three new industries", and building the "two cities and five bases" together. In August 2020, Jingsheng M&E invested and constructed the "Industrial Sapphire Crystal Manufacturing and Processing Project" in Yinchuan. The project only took three weeks from negotiation to settlement. In the following three years, Jingsheng M&E successively invested and constructed five projects in Yinchuan, including an annual production of 12 million 4-inch sapphire chip cutting, grinding, and polishing intelligent project. There is a very high degree of fit and a good cooperation foundation between Jingsheng M&E and Yinchuan, Welcome Jingsheng M&E to continue investing and developing in Yinchuan.
